Halloween

Yay for Halloween!! For some reason I really like this holiday:) I don't know why since I don't like the fact that it's apparently an evil holiday and I don't even really like candy all that much BUT I do like dressing up and pumpkins so I guess it evens out.

This year for halloween we had a party!  It all started on Saturday night when I got off work at 5 and came home to Skyler who had completely converted our apartment into a haunted apartmet.  He put spider webs everywhere, had made homemade root beer that was bubbly out the sides like a witches cauldron, and used his Boise state shirts to put over the lights so the lighting was all orange.  I love that Skyler gets into holidays:)

People started coming over at 5:30.  We had pumpkin shaped pizzas, a pumpkin carving contest(prizes included that Sky had picked out), a costume contest, and after we went to the corn maze. It was a really fun night and I loved that everyone got in to dressing up.

Also, in the spirit of Halloween I had a party with my two clogging dance classes.  We played "Trick or Treat" where they either picked a treat or had to do a clogging trick.  It was really fun and I loved seeing them all dressed up :)
